Horse & Hers Co. is an independent equestrian publishing house based in Wellington, Florida. We work with trainers, riders, owners, barns, and equestrian families to create books and games drawn from lives spent with horses.

Horses know us by what we do, not what we say. They feel the hesitation in a hand, the hurry in our asking, and the moment trust settles between us. The stories we return to are seldom about ribbons or accolades. They are about the horses who carried us through our hardest seasons, the care we gave them in return, and the promises we kept when the hard season became theirs.

Our books begin with what a person has learned by living in connection to horses: a way of training refined over decades, a life altered by one particular horse, or a family history that might otherwise disappear. The result may be a training book, a memoir, a game, or a private edition made for a family to keep.

We are drawn to authors whose work begins with care for the horse, for the reader, and for the truth of the story. They may be leading professionals or lifelong amateurs. What matters is that they have earned what they know and are ready to place it in other hands.
